Kanyini Capital‘s Text Messaging Terms and Conditions – May 4, 2025

  • Our company provides a text messaging service that will keep you up to date on the latest listings, offers, and opportunities regarding real estate.  
  • You can cancel or opt-out of these text messages at any time.  To opt out of marketing text messages, you can text “STOP” to any message you receive from us.  
  • After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, you will receive another text message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. 
  • After this you will no longer receive text messages from us.
  • If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will begin sending text messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the text messaging program, you can reach out to us for assistance.  You can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Marketing text message frequency varies depending on several factors (for example, if you Opt-In to receive new listings from us you will receive these messages based on the frequency that we have new real estate listings).  Generally, you can expect 1 to 3 text messages per month from us related to your Services.  
  • Message/data rates may apply.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Kanyini Capital, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders:

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week only related to your request, inquiry, application, or appointment.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
